𓂃 volcanic matcha set
 
one of the pieces born from my ongoing exploration of earthy textures.
 
сrafted from dark, volcanic-inspired stoneware clay and finished with a glossy glaze reminiscent of dry wheat ࿐ warm and sun-kissed, pale stalks standing lightly, carrying the scent of late summer, dust and harvest. it feels quiet, grounded and full, like land resting after giving.

the outside is partially glazed with brush strokes with patches of pure clay coming through. the clay has small stones, so i carve it slightly by hand to bring out an rawer texture that feels grounding to the touch and evokes connection to the earthly realm.

⌇the bowl’s generous size is ideal for whisking matcha / hōjicha and the spout ensures easy pouring without spills
