i built this vase slowly, shaping it layer by layer from stoneware clay. it carries the traces of that process — gentle ridges and asymmetry.
the pale stony surface holds the light in shifting ways, simple and grounding.

i love it as a standalone piece in an interior, sculptural on its own or as a vessel for flowers. since it’s unglazed, i recommend using it with dry flowers only.
