this tea set is shaped from dark stoneware clay and left unglazed or just partially glazed on the outside, revealing the grainy, tactile surface of clay. this invites to arrive fully in the moment through touch. 

𓏲 the glaze was brushed in a soft, uneven layers and has muted grey tone with a subtle green hue, reminiscent of lichen slowly forming on stone. i’m drawn to these transformations in nature, where time and moisture co-create.
