inspired by red ochre, i crafted this chawan from red stoneware clay, leaving its surface unglazed so that clay can speak its beauty to you. the raw texture invites deeper presence through touch and carries the grounding spirit of earth into your ritual. inside, a glossy icy glaze creates a smooth surface for whisking.
