Touch, earth and ritual are at the heart of my work.

Drawing inspiration from volcanic rock, weathered stone, moss-covered forests,

tree bark and layers of the earth – I create tactile ceramics that draw us into the senses and carry the grounding presence of the natural world into everyday rituals.

I focus primarily on tea ware, vases and versatile vessels, using raw clay surfaces,

carving, wood-ash glazes and fluid brushwork.
